We had just finished filming for the day, when I sprung it on her.
“We are going to produce a TV show!”
Colette, my right-hand woman for video and film, immediately jumped on board.
“It must inspire women” we said.
And not only that, “it MUST help them take ACTION on their dreams.” “What should we call it?” she asked.
Well, months prior I gave speech at UCLA on Why the World Needs More Women Entrepreneurs, and from the research it was clear:
THERE IS A MASSIVE CONFIDENCE GAP
The unfortunate truth is most women are playing way too small…putting everyone else first…afraid to take risks.
So, in that moment as we hovered around the kitchen island, fully understanding the mission we were now on, I blurted it out… “Titty Confidence, that’s what we need!”
And from there it stuck. (Despite me nearly chickening out several times during the pre-production of the show)
I thought…am I really going to put a show into the world called Titty Confidence? Come on, right?
That’s when I remembered that a woman named Eve Ensler changed the lives of millions of people with a play she titled The Vagina Monologues. So there you have it.
Titty Confidence is for women on an entrepreneurial path, ready to re-write old stories, step deeply into their purpose, and light up the world.
SIDENOTE: there are so many astronomically, beautifully, naturally, independently, intelligently, amazing reasons why YOU are capable of your dreams.
